Presentation Guidelines

Conference contributions can be presented in form of a conference talk or a poster.
Please note, that, since time slots are limited, the session chairs may request you to prepare a poster presentation, although a talk has been submitted.

Oral Talks

Oral presenters will have 15 minutes to present, followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The timing will be strict, and session chairs will be requested to stop speakers exceeding the 15-minute presentation slot.

PowerPoint or Adobe PDF are the accepted presentation formats. We encourage all participants to prepare there slides in English language in order to improve the exchange with the international scientific community! Talks can be given in English or Russian. A simultaneous translation will be provided.

Presentations must be submitted on a USB stick at the Check-In Desk at least 30 minutes before the start of the session.

Poster Presentations

Poster presentation space is limited to a 118 cm height by 84 cm width (German DIN-0 format, upright).  Presenters are requested to bring their printed posters. Material to affix posters to the poster board will be available on site.

We encourage participants to prepare their posters in English language in order to improve the exchange with the international scientific community. Just as oral presentations, posters should include information on the scientific target, the applied methods and the results of the presented study (see poster example below).

Participants are requested to set up their posters on the first day of the conference.
