Meeting with the representatives of the Kazakh Embassy in Germany
Two representatives from the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Federal Republic of Germany, Ms Sholpan Shynassylova, an envoy, and first secretary Mr Yerden Nurgaliyev, visited the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ) in Potsdam to meet with partners of the CAWa-Green Project.

Partners of CAWa Green project that is implemented in the frame of the Green Central Asia Program funded by the Federal Foreign Office of Germany met on 27.10.2021 with the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology, National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan (IWPHE NAST) to discuss possible cooperation between the institutes.
ONLINE CAWa Green Summer School 2021
Traditional CAWa Green Summer School, 7th in the row, was held from 14th to 25th of June 2021. This edition of the Summer School was realized in an online format due to the current pandemic situation, that prevented Summer School from happening last year completely.

In the frame of the CAWa-Green project, implemented as part of the Green Central Asia initiative to Central Asia, the MODSNOW technical training was conducted for the employees of the Central Asian Institute of Applied Geosciences and the National Hydrometeorological Service of Kyrgyzstan (Kyrgyzhydromet).
